Affiliated Fellowship Scheme
Affiliated Fellowship Scheme is a new initiative in Residential Year 2018/19. Over 60 faculty members are affiliated to an RC. They contribute to the Residential Colleges System through:

PARTICIPATION
Participate actively in RC activities to optimise the informal encounters with students.

STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
Design residential education programmes by utilising their networks and expertise.

ADVISING
Provide advising on personal growth and understand students' needs through interaction on different occasions.

CURRICULUM
Develop credit-bearing Common Core Modules, run study groups and seminars.
